Tennis is a very physically demanding sport. This session aims specifically to be a fun tennis workout. You will work on your footwork, agility, speed, balance, coordination, mobility, strength and power to raise your game to the next level. It will be a mixture of using the tennis court and our outside gym. Bring your rackets as there will be a tennis part to it! Let's become better tennis athletes together.
